01The only data we require
To use NEGOTIA you only need an email address. We use it to sign you in, send one-time sign-in links, a welcome email and payment receipts. We never send newsletters or marketing emails.
02Data you provide voluntarily
Anything beyond your email — a display name, an avatar image and the content you type or say in simulations — is optional and provided voluntarily, at your own responsibility. Please don't include sensitive personal information in simulations.
03You can delete everything, any time
Remove your name and avatar in Profile, delete single simulations in History, or permanently delete your whole account with “Delete my account” in Profile. Deleting the account erases your email, avatar, history, badges, XP and shared badge links immediately; an active subscription is cancelled first.
04Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. NEGOTIA never sees or stores your card details. We keep only your subscription status and payment records (amount, date, status). Stripe keeps its own records as required for accounting.
05AI processing
To generate opponent replies, coaching and scores, the text of your simulations (and voice recordings, converted to text) is sent to our AI providers. Your email is never sent to them.
06Public badge links
If you share a badge, the public page shows the badge and your display name only if you have set one. Your email is never shown publicly.
